Global Head of Knowledge
Overview
Top international firm has a new Global Head of Knowledge position in London. You will have responsibility for providing leadership and strategic direction to the Knowledge function across the firm's global network of offices. The successful individual will work with the business teams (including business development and technology/innovation) and practice group leadership to provide a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders. Applicants must have substantial experience as a lawyer and/or a knowledge professional in at least one of the firm's practice areas. You must also be able to demonstrate knowledge management experience in a global operating environment. You will have the ability to develop strategy and deliver solutions internally and externally and must have a strong understanding of the legal sector and legal products. Having the ability to engage and influence at a senior level will also be important. This is a rare opportunity for an analytical and strategic individual who can challenge the status quo and be practical and decisive. It is very much seen as a pivotal position in the firm and thus requires someone with the drive and enthusiasm to play a key role in bringing improvements to the ways in which knowledge is delivered.
