DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR/FEE EARNER GUILDFORD, SURREY SALARY: £38K-42K NEGOTIABLE My client is a Legal 500 ranked, Top 200 Law firm with a strong presence in both London and the surrounding area, and actively seeking a Solicitor/Fee Earner with between NQ to 2 years PQE. The role involves; Handling all forms of dispute resolution for commercial and private clients, with an emphasis on commercial litigation and property litigation. Building and develop own case load and participate in the marketing of the Department by active participation in networking, seminar provision etc. To maintain and improve client care. To work effectively with other Departments. To develop own chosen areas of specialism as experience grows Awarded with Chambers ranking, The Times Best Law Firms, and a host of other accolated, the firm offers one of the best services to clients and nurturing environments for staff.
