NQ - 1 PQE SOLICITOR | LITIGATION | LEGAL 500 FIRM QED Legal are recruiting a Dispute Resolution Solicitor from NQ - 1 PQE for a Legal 500 firm in Guildford. Our client is one of the leading firms in the Surrey market. They enjoy a low turnover of staff and offer excellent career progression. The team handle a broad range of commercial litigation and property disputes including contractual disputes, breach of warranty, shareholder disputes, dilapidations, boundary disputes (commercial and residential) and land ownership disputes including adverse possession and co-ownership claims. Clients include mid tier businesses (whether quoted or owner-managed) and high net worth private clients. They act for companies, investors, individuals and developers. To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Solicitor, ideally with exposure to both Commercial and Property Litigation. Newly Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, but the firm will also consider more experienced Solicitors for this role.
