This renowned personal injury & credit hire specialist practice based in Northwich, South Cheshire, has a fantastic opportunity for a talented, confident and capable credit hire litigation executive to join the rapidly expanding Credit Hire Department. Based out of modern offices just outside of Northwich, you will be working within one of the leading credit hire departments in the region. Your new role will see you given full responsibility and autonomy for your caseload of litigated & technical credit hire matters. You will handle each claim through its full cycle from first instruction through to completion. The team consists of vastly experienced fee earners and solicitors who will be on hand to offer further support to ensure that you reach your full potential. As the work you will be undertaking will be heavily litigated, you must have litigation experience and a sound knowledge of the litigation processes.
