Credit Controller- Northwich Permanent- Full Time Client Description: My client are a world leading retailers in premium house hold brands. Due to growth they are now recruiting for a number of credit controllers on a full time permanent basis. As the business expands and takes on new challenges you will be there to support every step of the way, with no two days being the same To thrive in this role you must be able to drive change, be adaptable, resourceful and able to work at pace. Duties: Chase overdue invoices by telephone and email Manage Key Account Clients, dealing with Debit note queries Maintain accurate records for all chasing activity Regular meetings with superiors to ensure all relevant debts are managed Respond to internal and external queries Allocate payments accordingly to accounts Send out client statements Carry out credit checks The ability to read and understand Business Accounts to assist with underwriting and new account sign approval Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge & understanding of the Credit Control function in a Business to Business environment Experience of debt chasing in the Business to Business environment, with good number skills Experience within a high volume credit control The ability to work in a fast pace environment Any Language skills are an advantage Keep calm under pressure Self-driven, motivated and assertive For further information on this or any of our other vacancies, please call the Chester office today for a confidential discussion or alternatively forward your CV and cover letter.
