A Chambers listed Legal 200 firm is now seeking a probate, tax & trusts solicitor to join the team based in Reading. This reputable firm currently provides an outstanding Private Client legal service including providing advice on Wills and Estate Administration, Trusts and Estate Planning, Tax and Powers of Attorney. The firm also specialises in a range of Elderly Client, Court of Protection and related capacity issues. The successful candidate will be NQ-1 year's PQE and specialise in Probate, Tax and Trust matters, and ideally be a Member of Thames Valley Young Lawyers Division with aspirations to go and network in the region. In due course, you will also have the opportunity to contribute written articles for an array of Private Client legal matters, while working in a large Partner led team including 2 other fee earners.
