Commercial Litigation Solicitor | NQ | Huddersfield A well-known commercial law firm has an exciting opportunity for a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Huddersfield. The Team and Firm The firm is a rapidly expanding practice who have a really strong identity and hold their own against 'larger' commercial practices in Leeds city centre from a work and revenue perspective. They are award winning and recently won a coveted award for being one of the leading firms in the region at a prestigious legal awards ceremony. They really look after their staff, with a commitment to developing and progressing their people. They have a proven track record of internally promoting their staff with a number of Partners here having risen through the ranks. The Role Joining the firm as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be working closely with a highly respected Partner in the team. You will assist on a caseload of broad and complex commercial litigation matters, whilst also carrying a smaller caseload of more straightforward matters, including: Contract disputes Shareholder and Partner disputes Professional Negligence Construction Litigation IP Disputes About You The ideal Commercial Litigation Lawyer will: Be a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor, ideally around NQ level Have trained at a strong and reputable regional practice Have completed at least a 6-month seat in general commercial litigation Have excellent academics Job Offer For this Commercial Litigation Solicitor position, the firm is offering a competitive salary of £36,000 - £42,000 per annum (DOE), in addition to a generous benefits package.
