Overview
Role: Service Advisor, Front of House (Vehicle Sector) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Days / Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30- 18.00 and every other Saturday morning 08.00 - 12.00 Location: Huddersfield, good M62 motorway links Salary : Up to £24K depending on experience (Car or Commercial Service experience beneficial) Are you looking for a customer focused position working within the vehicle sector? Would you be interested in working for a well-known established commercial main dealer who can offer an excellent working environment? The Role: Communicating with customer to book vehicles in to the workshop for MOT, service and repair The creation of job cards for on site technicians in line with workshop bookings Inputting completed job cards into the computer systems to generate invoice The first point of contact for customer regarding questions about service offered Liaising with other departments to ensure the customer process is smooth to ensure repeat business Provide assistance to the service manager to ensure smooth running of the service desk Ideally applicants will have a background in the car or commercial vehicle sector having worked as either a workshop administrator, service administrator, service advisor.
