Overview
Commercial Litigation Solicitor Huddersfield QED Legal are working with a well-known commercial law firm who are looking for a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ to join their team. The Role Based in Huddersfield you will be working closely with a highly respected Partner in the team assisting on a caseload of broad and complex commercial litigation matters, whilst also carrying a smaller caseload of more straightforward matters including: Contract disputes Shareholder and Partner disputes Professional Negligence Construction Litigation IP Disputes About You You should Be a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor ideally around NQ level Have trained at a strong and reputable regional practice Have completed at least a 6-month seat in general commercial litigation Have excellent academics The Team and Firm The Firm is a rapidly expanding practice who have a really strong identity and hold their own against 'larger' commercial practices in Leeds city centre from a work and revenue perspective.
