Accounts Receivable Assistant Glascoed £12.50 per hour paye 4 months with potential to extend further to the end of the year This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UKs leading Defence Engineering companies Responsibilities include: Debtor Chasing Debtor Reporting Debtor Review Meetings Cash Allocation Cash Forecasting [Debtors] Bad Debt Provision Analysis/Narrative Balance Sheet Reconciliations [Debtors/Cash/Bad Debt] Raising/Reviewing & Distributing Sales Invoices Milestone, Deliverable, WIP, T&M & Service Invoicing in multiple currencies Compliance with UK VAT rules and other Global Sales Taxes You: Experience of working in a finance environment in a number of roles, specifically Accounts Receivable. Experience of ERP systems within a finance environment. Experience of SAP or Oracle would be highly advantageous. Strong IT skills, particularly in the use of excel, including the use of Pivot tables and V lookups.
