Overview
Managing successful transition of business changes within home ownership. Effective management of business activities in order to successfully implement all business change Client Details Regional housing organisation Description Supporting the team to embed a resource profile and patch management approach, to support management actions and customer queries. Develop and support the new working relationships between the Home Ownership Team and shared services. Understand and support the delivery of their service charge obligations; effectively support the delivery of scheme budgets and year end accounts. Embed the new Budget process and implement the new management fee. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that business change is planned, delivered and implemented effectively. Plan and manage local activities to ensure a smooth transition. Ensure effective communications are delivered to all key stakeholders to assist with the decision making process, ensuring staff are provided with progress updates and key messages. Monitor the progress of embedding activities Monitor and manage the operational impact of changes Identify requirements for additional project implementation Define and implement appropriate checks Support continuous improvement Ensure that health and safety requirements are met in accordance with group policy. Profile Experience of successfully managing business change within a large, complex multi site organisation Excellent stakeholder management Strong planning and organisation skills Understanding risk management principles Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement Result focused Housing background would be preferable Excellent team player Job Offer 6 month fixed term contract 25 days holiday plus bank holidays On site parking Close to all transport links
