Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join the Little Company of Mary; a registered charity that provides long-term care for people in an holistic, supportive environment. Located in Westcliffe on Sea, our home is a religious community within a peaceful setting. This role involves supporting the sisters in aspects of their daily living according to their needs. You will be required to assist with personal care and general cleaning around the home. The ideal candidate will be happy to support with mealtimes including assisting those sisters who have high level of support requirements. Working in a small team, staff are proactive to ensure that the sisters are well cared for throughout the day and the night and their chosen routines are respected and maintained. The hours are usually 07:30 - 14:00 mornings 12:00-20:00 afternoons/evenings Awake nights are 07:30 - 19:30 We have a dedicated night support team including a sleep-in per night 21:00-06:30 Please apply today to be considered for this role.
