Are you looking to help children and young people every day? Are you looking to make a difference and change the lives of young people? A Senior Support Worker role is available working in a residential children's home, working with children and young people with emotional behaviour disorders aged between 11-18. As the Senior Support Worker, you're required to lead a staff team of Residential Support Workers, report to Senior management and provide an outstanding quality of care.
