I have fantastic opportunities for experienced Support Workers to join an expanding organisation in Coventry. Our clients supports people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in both residential homes and supported living services. With new homes opening in Coventry, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career. The Role: As a Senior Support Worker you will: Support individuals to undertake daytime activities and functions Support individuals to attain personal Independence, choice and responsibility Integrate individuals into the community whilst improving their quality of life and developing their life skills As a Senior Support Worker it is crucial that you have a good understanding of care practices, have a passion for changing the lives of vulnerable adults and thrive off challenges. The Package: £17,180 22 days annual leave (plus one extra day for length of service up to 27 days holiday) Pension Scheme The Care Manager must: Have 2 years experience of working with complex care Experience of CQC inspections and audits Have an NVQ 3 in Care or more Interested?
