Are you looking for a defendant insurance paralegal role with great quality work on offer? Due to an increase in work, this leading Defendant Insurance Team based in York requires an additional defendant insurance paralegal to handle a diverse range of work including prelims, FNOLs and claims working closely with the unit head. This strong team, within a well established and renowned department, handles some of the best quality work available in the area. Handling pre-litigated matters, this leading Legal 100 firm's clients allow the team to go much further than the typical role, in handling the claims themselves dealing with complex injuries and complex policy matters and providing an enormous variety of both types of claim and value. You will be responsible for proactively, accurately and efficiently handling claims whilst bolstering client relationships and improving the firm’s exposure within the insurance marketplace. The key thing here is the quality of the work which is no doubt why the team have all secured training contracts and trained and remained with the firm, making this a very rare opening to join a team operating at the top of its game. You must have a defendant background and experience of using a case management and reporting system. Those with a minimum of 1 year of experience will be considered.
