Overview
Due to success and expansion at this leading firm in York, the Casualty Team is looking to recruit a defendant casualty solicitor. This role would suit a solicitor with solid defendant experience gained within a quality firm, and applications on this occasion will not be accepted from candidates from a claimant background. Ideally, the successful defendant casualty solicitor will have 3 years' PQE, although applications from good defendant solicitors at all levels are welcome The team covers the full range of casualty claims to include catastrophic injuries, construction claims, equine claims, fatalities, harassment claims, OL/PL, assaults in the workplace and more. This York based firm is proud to have achieved a strong reputation, representing clients across a broad and diverse range of sectors and industries. The successful candidate will work in partnership with this leading firm's clients in order to deliver outstanding client care. Strong communication skills and a consistent focus on quality, along with the ability to work well within an established team, will be essential to succeed in this role.
