HR/L&D Advisor - Doncaster - £23000 to £28000 FTE - DOE & qualifications Your new company This is a progressive and reputable manufacturing organisation in Doncaster which is part of a global group. Your new role This is a brand new role to work with the HR Manager. Your role will be two-fold. You will be responsible for setting up and running an effective Learning & Development provision - this will be creating and monitoring training matrix, booking internal and external training, liaising with external providers, assisting with the design and planning of training to Line Managers and Supervisors (around best practice and HR/management skills), inductions (review and improvement of), running apprentice and graduate programmes, and producing MI on L&D activities. You will also support the HR Manager with generalist HR duties such as ER (grievance and disciplinaries), Line Manager support, advice & guidance and recruitment. You will also get the chance to work on a variety of HR review and improvement projects. What you'll need to succeed The successful applicant will ideally have a background in Generalist HR and ideally some Learning & Development coordination and activities. Minimum of CIPD Level 3, ideally Level 5 (or working towards) Manufacturing background, or related similar industry is beneficial. You must be a driver with a car as this role is mainly based in Doncaster but you will travel to other sites once or twice a month. Salary is £23000 to £28000 dependant on experience and qualification level. More than standard holidays - 25 a year plus bank holidays 37 hours a week - some flexibility available.
