Overview
A recently qualified Project Surveyor is required to work on a range of fast paced commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, largely for global occupier clients. The successful candidate will quickly be expected to be work under their own initiative with support from Associate or Director level. Our Cost Consultancy service line is an integral part of CBRE's Building Consultancy & Planning Department. Our experienced quantity surveyors are engaged in some of the most exciting fitting-out projects in the Greater London region as well as undertaking projects in a number of European countries. Key Responsibilities Feasibility and Order of Cost Estimating Formal Cost Planning Preparation of tender and contract documentation Attendance at project and design team and other meetings Confident at client meetings Assisting in the development of other junior staff Person Specification/Requirements Experience working within Real Estate would be an advantage Demonstrable experience within a similar role Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority Educated to degree level or equivalent and MRICS or working towards Diligent and pro-active Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative. Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. A flexible approach to work with a willingness to travel if necessary.
