Overview
Employment Associate / Senior Associate This is a great opportunity for an experienced Employment Associate / Senior Associate to join the Cardiff office of a Top 100 UK Law firm. Working in a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked Employment department you will be required to provide expert Respondent and Claimant advice on a whole range of issues, including but not limited to; TUPE transfers, settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims. In addition to this you will be required to conduct Employment Tribunal Litigation and draft HR Policies and Procedures. To assist in raising the profile of the firm and the employment team you will be also be required to write articles for the social media channels of the firm. The successful candidate will be an experienced Employment Solicitor / Associate who is looking to progress into a Associate/ Senior Associate role.Experience of conducting advocacy and the ability to speak and write in the Welsh language would be highly desirable.
