Senior Employment Solicitor
Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join the Employment and HR services team in a leading Legal 100 firm based in their Cardiff office. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' PQE with a background mainly in non-contentious work. You will have a strong background within a corporate/commercial firm, and be familiar with working alongside teams to provide employment support through transactions. Most of the work you will be doing will be for respondents but experience acting for individuals will be advantageous. Your role as a senior employment solicitor will involve advising employers and employees on a range of matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, TUPE transfers, business restructuring and settlement agreements. This Cardiff based role would be suited to an employment solicitor with experience maintaining and developing client relationships and contributing to business development.
