Overview
Project Manager - £45k to £55k per annum plus package - Milton Keynes As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the programming, RAMS, management and delivery of multiple high-end office fit-outs and warehouse alterations ranging in value from £200k to £2m concurrently. Company Information Established over 20 years ago, our client are one of the leading office design, construction and maintenance contractors in the UK. They are a one-stop shop for all office related construction including M&E. Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role you must; • Have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on high-end office fit outs • Have experience managing JCT contracts • Be IT literate • Have SMSTS and appropriate CSCS Card • Preferably be able to demonstrate longevity of service Duration This is a permanent role.
