Overview

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer required. I am currently recruiting an Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer role for a market-leading, quality-driven ventilation manufacturer who produce first-class products for the Social Housing market as well as for commercial and residential use. This company has established themselves as a powerhouse in the air movement industry. They specialise in the in the design, manufacture, distribution and supply of ventilation products and systems. They are looking for an ambitious, proactive Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer covering a patch in Scotland working in the Social Housing market. This Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer is expected to have Business Development experience as they should be proactive in finding and chasing leads for new business. Therefore the Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer should be an independent and established salesperson or Business Development Manager. They should be able to get specification from their clients and are expected to build strong relationships. The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer is expected to have some experience working within the HVAC industry - i.e. boilers, ventilation, air conditioning, heating or accessories - however, it is vital to have experience working to and gaining specification . Ventilation experience and an understanding of the Social Housing market is preferred but not essential. The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer should have experience working with distributors, contractors or installers . Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer package £30,000-£45,000 basic salary % of every invoiced sales - uncapped commission structure Bonus (Performance related) Training Potential for growth within the business Car/ Car Allowance WR HVAC are 1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
