Overview

Our client in Bognor Regis is a well established independent estate agency looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team on a part time basis. Hours: 09.00 - 13.00 Monday to Friday - 20 hours Salary: Salary circa £9ph depending on experience As an Accounts Assistant, you will be mostly in charge of entering data into the accountancy system in a methodical and accurate manner. Key duties will include: Taking calls and transfer to the appropriate department if required Good working knowledge of client accounting processes (training given) Processing financial information onto ALTO accounting system Receipts Invoices Liaise with departments as and when required Carry out any other duties as instructed by line manager Refer and issues as they arise to the line manager Previous experience in Accountancy and Data Entry is essential.
