HR Manager for large offshore Law firm - HR BP responsibilities Your new company This company is one of the largest international law firms operating out of over 10 offices globally. Specialising in the financial sectors, their main client base are private equity houses, hedge funds, global and local markets and major banks, making them one of the biggest and most sought after firms in this sector. Your new role Collaborating with one of other in HR, you will be responsible for proactively overhauling the entire HR function in an effectively stand alone position with Business Partner responsibilities. You will report directly into the HRD whilst reviewing, creating and updating all aspects of HR including D&I, attraction and retention, policies, processes, benefits, payroll etc. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on both a local and international level, overseeing company wide project roll outs and making the HR function your own.
