This is a first appointment Head of HR position with this exciting start-up business. Based in Central London, they have ambitious growth plans and funding in place to make them happen Client Details This business is at a truly exciting stage of their growth and need a Head of HR to develop their people agenda. Description -The position of Head of HR will involve: - Leading on change projects - Coach and support leadership team from a people perspective - Manage the full HR function, both operational and strategically - Driving the L&D needs of the business - Owning the culture of the business, ensuring a fun, energetic and open environment - Managing payroll and salary benchmarking - Managing all HR related admin Profile The ideal candidate for the position of Head of HR will: - Have experience of leading the HR function for a start-up / SME - Be as enthusiastic around the hands-on operational side, as well as the strategy - Be a strong HR Generalist - Have no ego, be a positive self-starter who thrives in a high energy environment - Be an exceptional communicator at all levels Job Offer £60,000 - £70,000 Bonus Package
