Overview
Our client, a busy finance company, are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for : Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting overdue invoices Ensuring timely payment and setting up DD/standing order for regular payments where possible Following up payments as needed Chase clients who have cancelled DD/standing order payments that are 31 days in arrears Researching the correct point of contact who is responsible for making payment Ensuring invoice payers have the correct documentation needed (PO number) Providing administrative support to the team You will need: Previous experience within a credit control role Ability to use your own initiative and think on your feet Computer literate Excellent telephone manner Please note that the role is 9-5 Monday-Friday with a starting salary of £22-£24k (depending on experience)
