Overview
I am currently working with a leading business in Northumberland who are recruiting a Finance Business Partner. The organisation is a leading brand and has a sustained track record of growth. Working with senior managers across a range of cost and income streams you will help drive financial preformance and provide analysis to assist decision making. Regular reporting, analysis and insight will be key outputs of the role, allied to common sense commercial advice to relevant stakeholders. Potential candidates will be qualified accountants with some PQE, not necessarily in a business partnering role, but you will require a commercial mindset to prosper in the role and bring full value. Strong communication skills are key, along with the ability to present complex data clearly to non financial management. Prospects for personal growth and promotion are very good, ability will be the only limiting factor in the short and medium terms. Basic salary will be in the $£50,000 to £60,000 range plus benefits.
