Cisco Network Engineer, CCNA, CCNP ?? ?????????? ?????????????? - PRESTON - £?????? ?????? ?????? - ?????????????? ???????? {START ASAP} I'm looking for all-rounder, i.e. covering networking, security & wireless . Main tasks: Support and resolve the IT tickets within the services SLA for network related issues to support the seamless BAU Troubleshoot, analyse, diagnose and solve any network issues to resolve operational issues and restore services in accordance to SLA Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports to the services delivery and management team Maintaining the integrity of hardware and software Configuring VLAN and patching the network ports Provide guidance and solutions to fellow members of the IT support team. Follow up with various teams on getting the on-going projects/activities updates on daily basis Raise change request forms and implement the approved changes to support the business needs Provide network support to the operations to understand the problems / Requests and to fix them.
