Overview

Head of Tenancy Management - SW London - £28,000 to £35,000 Dependant on Experience My client, a successful independent multi-branch Estate Agency, are currently seeking an ambitious Head of Tenancy Management to join their office in Fulham. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the Renewals and Termination documents for a portfolio of properties. The role will be extremely busy and requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and possess a strong analytical skill set with an excellent eye for detail. Your responsibilities will include: Handling all tenancy renewals; documentation and contracts Handling lease expiry letters, serving of statutory notices and internal memorandums to accounts and management departments Handling all compliance documention; right to rent, EPC, Gas Saftery Records Arranging gas safety checks Coordinating inventory check ins and check outs Processing end of tenancies; serving notices to quit, obtaining forwarding addresses and utility account details from tenants and notifying the lettings team Dealing with deposit claims & releases for all non-managed properties Dealing with tenants and landlords over the phone, email and in person Skills and Experience Required: At least 2 years experience in Tenancy Management or Renewals Experience handling renewals and tenancies Understanding of property legislation and compliance Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Well-spoken and professional Proactive and positive approach Ability to manage own work load, multitask and remain calm under pressure Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm For more information please contact Megan on the Business Support team at Dove & Hawk Property recruitment.
