Role Details Working Monday - Friday across 09:00 - 17:30 (overtime is available for people who are looking to earn extra) Resolve incidents and tickets raised from the 1st line team Make sure that SLA's are adhered to and provide a high level of customer service to clients Ensure that more technical issues are correctly assigned and escalated to the 3rd line team and documented correctly for both present and future reference. Contribute to 1-2-1 sessions to help with your personal development and outline your SMART targets.
