Our client are a well known services company based in Tamworth and due to expansion require a 2nd Line Engineer to be based on site. Working as part of a dedicated technical support team, you will provide crucial 2nd Line Support to clients, dealing with escalated technical queries from your 1st Line Support colleagues. You will need to have experience of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange, as well as having excellent communication skills.
