Bring your great customer service skills to work with us We know that in these challenging times as businesses are having to close, their staff will be looking for additional, or new, employment opportunities. At the same time, some of our regular staff are having to self-isolate. We can help each other We have opportunities for short-term contracts or Relief (occasional) work. We are a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. Based at our children's home in the pretty village of Wingrave, between Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard, you’ll support children and young people aged 11 to 19. Working in one of our residential houses, you’ll be part of a close-knit team helping young people with their daily lives, and enabling them to keep up with hobbies and interests at a time when they aren't able to get out and about so much. You don’t need experience, we’ll teach you everything you need, and you’ll fit in just fine if you’re warm, friendly and willing to learn. We will fast-track your recruitment checks (while remaining compliant with safer recruitment standards) so that you can start your temporary or Relief work with us as soon as possible.
