*Drivers only for this role* We are looking for kind, caring and compassionate people who want to join our team of Care Assistants in Tring, Aylesbury, Hemel and Berkhamsted , and who can make a real difference to vulnerable children and adults in the local communities! Our clients range from adults to children, with mild to complex health and learning disabilities. To be considered for the role of Care Assistant, we ask that you have a real passion to care for others and have the desire to change lives. Driving is essential for this role. The role: * Personal Care (includes help with washing, getting dressed and general hygiene). * Domestic support in the home * Help with meal prep and feeding assistance * Administering medication * Help with shopping * Supporting with local activities/ appointments in the community.
