RN Nursing Home Manager Home Located Near Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire Need an Experienced Manager with CQC Track Record £50,000 - £55,000 Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced nurse qualified home manager for a elderly nursing home located near Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. The home is owned by an organisation who have a first class reputation for delivering high quality nursing and residential care to elderly frail and EMI residents. The group own a number of nursing and residential care homes and they are looking for a new dynamic and driven home manager to join their team. The nursing home is based in Bedfordshire and is of a small to medium size, catering for elderly frail and dementia nursing. The nursing home is located in an area which would be commutable from Luton, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Stevenage, Aylesbury & even Northampton. The client are looking for a home manager who has a strong grasp on how to manage a nursing home as a business as well as a clinical service. We are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experiences:- * Qualified RGN or RMN - Desired * Registered Managers Award / NVQ Level 4 or the equivalent * Previous Nursing Home Management experience * Evidence that you understand the business management of a nursing home * Excellent knowledge of CQC and National Minimum Care Standards * A desire to prove yourself in an excellent organisation The candidate for this nursing home must display a confident approach to staff management and be able to display strong managerial skills across all aspects of running a nursing home.
