Overview
SOLUTION ARCHITECT - PAYMENTS The role: Responsible for creating technology solutions to design and deliver business solutions in line with business needs and priorities and aligned to our client's card payments and IT strategies and architecture Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum master, other Solutions Designers, Technical Leads, developers and other team members to ensure that the outcomes delivered meet the business benefits and adhere to agreed standards, policies and design patterns. Define and drive card architecture vision and systems strategy. Lead, coach and mentor a small team of Solution Designers Provide ad-hoc technical consultancy and support (including impact assessments) as required Who we are looking for: Experience of Credit Cards, Commercial Cards, Card Payments API, Integration & Middleware products Very strong, hands-on technical skills with broad knowledge of web technologies, methodologies and standards Strong software development and application architecture experience Great communicator with the ability to explain technical decisions to the broader team and company at executive Passionate about and experienced at: working in agile environments; continual delivery techniques; testing Servant leader with a passion for personal mastery and continuous improvement Motivates, leads and encourages others regardless of position within chain of command and outside of direct reporting lines This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89934887
