IT Project Manager – IAM Identity and Access Management 6 month contract Remote working £530 per day – flexible if you’re amazing We need a strong Project Manager who has previously been involved with Identity Management; looking at their wide IAM discipline; management of data, security groups, access to groups, emails etc. Carrying out a data cleansing exercise for their unified groups, looking at how they can manage their data across different areas of the business, looking heavily with Azure and Active Directory as well as Microsoft Identity Manager. You’ll also manage a Tech migration of their Identity Systems. To be successful within this organisation you need to be at the very top of your game as a Project Manager; you must be a doer, be able to work on your own with minimal support and minimal processes in place. Your communication skills need to be exceptional – you will be challenge by highly technical folk on where you’re at with the project and your stakeholder management and engagement is paramount. If you’re use to working in a highly structured environment this will not be for you This is a challenging and highly pressurised environment not for the faint hearted but if you like pace, you like to be challenged, you cope well in a changeable environment and work hard you’ll love it As part of the role you will develop and communicate a robust project plan that dovetails with delivery from other parts of the programme. You will work with the key stakeholders to ensure a sound delivery approach and continuously drive out uncertainty and risk to project delivery. You will coordinate and achieve results from a geographically distributed team of internal resources and third parties/vendors. Furthermore, you will Ensure actions are planned to avoid / minimise common pitfalls that lead to project failure Ensure projects deliver on-time, within scope and within budget Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders Ensure resource availability and allocation Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation using an established methodology You will need to have had exposure to the below areas within IAM / Identity and Access Management areas: Unified Groups Access Management Bring-your-own-identity Identity Systems This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89934247
