That's why we provide a generous benefits package that includes: * Career progression * Staff incentives * Generous holidays * Refer a friend * Regular social events * Competitive pension The role As a Project Manager you will; * Own and deliver strategic insurance migration and improvement project * Own and deliver change across the division * Complete and direct requirements and process analysis * Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope * Oversee all aspects of projects * Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of project * Prepare reports for management regarding status of project You will need to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project, delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels The person You must have 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the financial services industry. You must have experience in dealing with stake holder management, process mapping and workshop facilitation.
