Overview

It will also include the following; Monthly payroll processing activities Management and ownership of internal trackers, ensuring timely updates and accurate data input. Administration of the Company's pension scheme, including employee auto-enrolment onboarding & support with monthly pension reconciliation Adhoc benefits administration e.g. management of joiners/leavers Become the subject matter expert for all HR systems; Pegasus (Oracle) and ADP Freedom. Work closely with the HR Business Partner team to manage the Company's performance management module within the Pegasus system and produce weekly MI completion / status data. Ensure accuracy of all HR staff records is maintained via thorough record keeping on both HR systems. Produce valuable MI from the HR systems e.g. sickness and absence reports, headcount reports, annual leave reports, gender and diversity stats etc. Support the Reward and HR Operations Specialist with annual CSR reporting for HKEX. Provide full support to the Reward and HR Operations team during the annual year end performance and pay review cycle Produce high quality minutes for the HR team if required. Support and work closely with the HR Administrator on the employee onboarding and off boarding process. Key requirements: Excellent system skills - experience using HR systems such as Pegasus (Oracle) or ADP experience would be highly advantageous. Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent excel skills. Degree educated Previous experience of working in a professional environment in a support and analytical capacity, ideally within the financial services.
