Large pension/master trust firm is looking for a Head of Compliance Assurance. Senior role managing a compliance team, developing and delivering Operational 'second line' monitoring and assurance activity. The Role: Reporting to The Director of Compliance the Head of Compliance will look at "operational compliance" and be responsible for developing and delivering formal control assurance reporting against governance frameworks (IS027001), pensions law, information security and financial crime. You'll have lots of autonomy, working closely with executives as well as managing a team of compliance managers. Key responsibilities: Design/deliver compliance assurance risk universe and compliance assurance plan. Keep up to date framework of ISO 27001. Engage with Enterprise Risk Team on risk assessments of second line assurance Deliver annual monitoring plan of governance framework. Report to Board/Committees. About You: I'm looking for a Senior Compliance Assurance Manager. You will have technical Pension expertise and be highly knowledgeable of assurance processes and FCA governance. You'll have a proven background in design, operation and monitoring internal controls. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills and a motivational team leader.
