Assistant General Manager, Premium Casual Dining Salisbury – Up to £30,000 plus bonus FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY to become involved in a brassiere style restaurant based in Salisbury If you are all about the food, service and working in a high-end dining business, then this could be for you. This is a seven-day operation, with many multi revenue streams, from bar, restaurant and events space. There are 80 covers but an all-day dining business, fun site to work within. The customer base is a varied as they come but the quality food, drinks and service is what draws them every time – Full table service Ideally your background will be in up-market Gastro pubs/restaurants with an emphasis on quality products & premium service. My client is after established, proven Assistant General Manager so you will need a minimum of 2 years as an Assistant General Manager and can govern & motivate a large team will be paramount here – a born leader.
