Commercial Property Paralegal | Swindon | £Highly Competitive An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join the Swindon office of a leading firm. Role Description As the appointed Paralegal, you will be joining the firm’s reputable Real Estate, who offer specialist advice in all areas, including Land, Property, Corporate Support and Lending. You will be offering support to partners and fee earners while assisting with document production. Key duties: Drafting documents before post-completion procedures Supporting with conveyancing formalities and billing Building strong client relationships Providing your knowledge for property support Candidate Requirements The firm is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal with: Previous experience of dealing with commercial landlord and tenant work CILEx qualification (desirable but not essential) The confidence to handle key documents The ability to effectively communicate with clients and meet deadlines What’s on Offer?
