Dispute Resolution Paralegal job - Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked Firm - Swindon Your new company An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm who are seeking a Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join their expanding, friendly team in Swindon. The team acts for a wide range of clients including a number of household names and has a strong reputation in the region, particularly within Debt Recovery and Professional Negligence. Your new role As a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team you will provide an important link between the client and the firm. You will have the responsibility to earn fees to a target set by carrying out debt recovery services for clients under the firm's debt recovery service and other legal and technical work all under the direction and supervision of your line manager and other fee earners in the team. What you'll need to succeed You should have previous experience within a paralegal or legal assistant role and will possess a good understanding of the litigation process and be confident running matters autonomously as well as working as part of a close-knit team. The firm are ideally looking for an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant, but candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
