Dispute Resolution Paralegal

A Top 100 UK law firm is looking for a motivated Law graduate or Paralegal, to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in their Swindon office, on a full time permanent basis. Notably, this is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, determined and personable individual to develop their career in a hardworking and outgoing team This is what you’ll be doing Provide legal support to the dispute resolution team, who handle a large range of commercial, civil and property disputes, with a primary focus on debt recovery Manage your own caseload of debt recovery files and meeting achievable chargeable hours targets, under the supervision of a senior fee earner Carry our administrative work and take responsibility for data management, to ensure files are being progressed Undertake business development activities when required Liaise with key clients over the phone, email, letter and face to face, maintaining excellent levels of client service Handle all new enquiries coming into the team Draft legal documents and undertake legal research The experience you’ll bring to the team LLB/CILEx/ LPC is desirable Knowledge of dispute resolution/debt recovery/credit control is essential Ability to prioritise a busy workload A strong team player, with excellent communication skills Confidence and determination And this is what you’ll get in return A highly competitive salary Private medical insurance Personal Pension Plan Up to 25 days holiday Excellent career progression Are you up to the challenge?
