We are looking for a bright graduate with ambition and drive to join an enterprising legal consultancy firm based in Central London. Our Client works in partnership with one of the world’s leading technology law practices, providing a bespoke consultancy and transformation service to the firm internally in addition to their high-profile client base. Having advanced past their initial growth stage with the purview to expand, this role offers a rare opportunity for someone to join an established team, working closely with a range of professionals including Senior Lawyers, Board Members and Directors. This role offers a broad range of opportunities, exposure to the legal sector and the ability control how your career will develop, whether that be in Accountancy, Consultancy or Marketing. Responsibilities Board Meetings: Acting as the lead point of contact for the Board in relation to insurance, corporate filings and other obligations. Attending and coordinating Board meetings, producing an agenda and minutes. Generating business updates/reports for Board members and business partners. Accounts: Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support the strategic business planning process and discussions with investors. Ensuring accurate management and statutory accounts and revenue schedule are available (for all branches) for monthly Board meetings. Coordinating the payment of invoices to/from clients, suppliers and business partners. Supporting with the management of costs, including liaising with accounting, banking, payroll and pension providers. Business Development & Marketing: Creating and updating internal/external business development and marketing materials, including the website. Helping to onboard consultants/employees, including IT and email systems. Managing and maintaining document, contact management and other business systems in support of the above responsibilities. Candidate Profile Educated to a degree level Excellent communicator, able to confidently liaise with high profile professionals Good Excel and Word skills Confident in their own abilities and able to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to use WordPress and Salesforce is desirable but not essential
