JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 4 years PQE LOCATION: Exeter SALARY: £70,000 - £90,000 OVERVIEW: • Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor required to join a Legal 500 rated firm currently going from strength to strength in in the legal market. • Spearheaded by a number of former city lawyers, our client is currently fulfilling aspirations to provide a top class legal service on an impressive calibre of work, whilst ensuring a collegiate and friendly feel. • Working for this firm means endless possibilities. THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR • The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least four years of experience handling their own caseload and will be used to acting on a range of complex and varying real estate matters. • Some following would be an advantage, although not essential. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will demonstrate good business development skills and the motivation and strategy to go out into the market and win new work.
