Overview
A Senior Personal Injury Solicitor is required to join an award-winning law firm at their office in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small department within a multi-service, boutique firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Role Description As the appointed Personal Injury Solicitor, you will run a caseload of multi-track / serious injury RTA and clinical negligence cases alongside managing a team. The management side of the role will involve: Leading, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver the business KPI's and financial performance Coaching team members, monitoring performance and identifying training needs Candidate Requirements The ideal Personal Injury Lawyer will have: Experience as a Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner Experience of working on multi-track cases A track record in management / supervision The confidence and charisma to lead a team On Offer For this Senior Personal Injury Lawyer position, the firm is offering a competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 per annum) as well as a great benefits package.
