Commercial Solicitor, Suffolk – 3 PQE – Salary – £DOE – Progressive law firm who provides a range of legal services. OVERVIEW: • A Commercial Solicitor is required to join this successful growing law firm • Working as the sole Commercial Solicitor you must have excellent business development skills and a real dedication to this area of law. • Once appointed, you will be expected to deal with all types of commercial related matters and assist in enhancing the profile of the commercial offerings within the Suffolk market. • Ideal Commercial Solicitors will have at least 3 years PQE and be able to work independently as well as build and develop the commercial caseload. • Self-sufficient and driven, you will be able to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of matters • Also advantageous for this role is experience within mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters • The corporate commercial team covers a range of areas including terms and conditions, partnerships agreements, business sales and purchases, website terms and conditions, intellectual property rights, distribution agreements, joint ventures, company formations and MBOs • Salary will be dependent on experience and also on offer is a good benefits package to include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays along with genuine prospects for career development.
