Overview
As a Commercial Account Executive are you frustrated with your over-stretched new business sales target this year? You're great at retaining business and growing your accounts organically. Maybe your book is at full capacity, yet your sales targets are greater than those around you. How is that fair? It is with great excitement to announce a Regional Broker in the Newmarket area have big expansion plans for their commercial division for 2020. They are interested in speaking with 'service led' Account Executive's who focus their time on quality rather than quantity. Your new Broker will offer you full freedom and support to win and look after your portfolio of clients without ridiculous sales targets to follow. You currently handle a loyal portfolio of business and generally grow this by 5-10% year on year. You'll enjoy looking after clients that pay between £20,000 - £150,000 GWP and have a general interest in risk management. This is great, but you're not being rewarded fairly for the hard-work you are putting in If you feel this pain, please read on: Who will you be working for? You'll be representing a highly successful, Regional Broker with offices across the entire UK. They are big players in the commercial and high net worth markets and are often able to win business by the service and knowledge they provide their clients. What will you be offered? First and foremost, you'll work in a relaxed, trusting environment alongside an experienced team of insurance professionals Depending upon your background/expertise, a salary of up to £45,000 is on offer. A car allowance will be provided also A lucrative bonus/benefits package will be designed to incentivise you to win and retain clients Free car parking on site Great transport links into Cambridge, Ipswich and London Not based in Newmarket?
