Responsible for developing the marketing plan that fits with the overall objectives for the channel. Measure and track activity and adjust plans accordingly - aim, fire, look, analyse. Work with the Channel Sales Manager to support the distributor marketing activity. Find ways to establish the brand and make contact with their target market. Develop product offerings that help meet the needs of their target audience and drive value in the channel. Realistically, you will have strong experience in a direct marketing role as someone who is technically astute will give them a huge lift in taking them to their next level. You’ll be working closely with various stakeholders so your communication skills need to be really strong, and given that you’ll be managing, training and supporting some direct reports we need someone that has proven line management experience.
