Overview
Childcare Lawyer (Locum) Our client, a recently appointed Borough of Culture, are currently recruiting for a Locum Childcare Lawyer. The role requires expertise in public childcare care proceedings, ideally gained at another local authority, as well as experience conducting advocacy. The post can offer: On going contract Full-time hours covering 36 per week Flexible home working options (the team currently do anywhere between 1-3 days per week from home) Collaborative and friendly team atmosphere, with opportunities offered to better each members development and progression (some candidates of ours have gone permanent and others receiving promotions) It is essential that applicants are either a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive, with a current practicing experience and a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling public care proceedings. This is a great opportunity to work with a Local Authority that has a wide-ranging client base and is committed to increasing and expanding on a range of services, and to join an innovative vision which has led to the Authority being at the forefront of legal services.
